Shipping Information
Domestic Orders
We ship most small parcel orders to all 50 states within 3 business days via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Please note the following shipping and transit times:
- Small Parcel (Under 150 lb): Free shipping included. Transit typically takes 2-5 business days.
- Large Motor Freight (Commercial bridges/gazebos): Fulfillment requires 3-5 business days, with an additional 5-10 business days for transit.
- Custom Orders: May take up to three weeks to ship. We will provide a specific lead time at the time of your estimate.
Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped.
International Orders
International orders outside of the United States typically take 7-14 business days for transit.
Please note the following regarding international shipping:
- Shipping Fees: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your specific country.
- Taxes and Duties: All applicable import taxes and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout — no surprise charges upon delivery.
- Payment: Duty and tax charges are paid upfront at the time of ordering for a seamless delivery experience.
