Return Policy

SamsGazebos accepts returns of products shipped within the United States only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.  

Products must be unused, unworn, unassembled, and in good condition with all original packaging attached and intact, otherwise returns are subject to restocking fees.  Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more—cannot be returned. Returns must be shipped to our shop address as shown on the original shipping label at customer’s expense.  

We’ll refund within 3 business days of receipt of your returned items in the original form of payment. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

 

Return Restrictions

We are unable to support exchanges through our online warehouse. If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase to our shop, you must present the original packing slip. Without your packing slip, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer care department immediately at 800-376-7267 or info@samsgazebos.com. Send us images of your order and we will replace the item quickly at no charge. You can return the damaged item using our free return service.
