SamsGazebos accepts returns of products shipped within the United States only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally. Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with all original packaging attached and intact. Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more—cannot be returned. Returns must be shipped to our shop address as shown on the original shipping label at customer’s expense.
We’ll refund within 3 business days of receipt of your returned items in the original form of payment. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
We are unable to support exchanges through our online warehouse. If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase to our shop, you must present the original packing slip. Without your packing slip, you will be offered an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.
Damaged and Defective Items
In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at 800-376-7267 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. We will send a replacement to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service.
