  • Where are SamsGazebos products manufactured?   SamsGazebos products are made in the USA. They are manufactured in Los Angeles, California. Our products are labor of love, hand crafted and hand finished to maintain craftsman style details.

  • What are these products made of?   We use North American Douglas Fir, Pine, Spruce, and Redwood.

  • Can I pick up my order?  You can place an order by phone  or online and pick it up from our shop.

  • Do I need to pay sales tax?   Sales tax will not be charged for orders shipped outside California.

  • How is my personal information handled?

  • How can I make a payment? 

    Payments, Billing Terms, and Conditions

    We accept credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.  Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on SamsGazebo.com.  It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online.  With a Paypal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or Paypal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank number are never seen by us, you’re 100 % protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.  Paypal customer service is available to assist you at 1-888-221-1161. We do not accept cash, personal checks, traveler’s cheques, C.O.D, nor layaway plan. When attempting to place an order on SamsGazebo.com, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your credit card, then you will be charged when your order is processed. For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for your payment.  We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. 

  • Can I cancel an order?  You can cancel unshipped orders online.
  • Can I track my order?  Your tracking information will be provided via e-mail.
